Valley Juniors is proud to have a coaching staff comprised of respected high school coaches from throughout the Shenandoah Valley, bringing together more than 50 years of combined coaching experience. Each member of our coaching staff is committed to creating a positive, competitive environment where athletes develop the skills, confidence, and character to succeed both on and off the court.

Unlike many clubs, our coaches generously volunteer their time because they believe every athlete deserves access to high-quality coaching and competitive opportunities. By eliminating paid coaching salaries, we’re able to keep club fees among the lowest in the state of Virginia while continuing to provide an exceptional volleyball experience for our athletes and families.
